What People Say

"My first panic attack happened 8 years ago, and I have struggled with anxiety since. I was looking for a ‘cure’ and tried everything from yoga, mindfulness, eliminating caffeine, psychotherapy and much more.

How lucky I was to come across Jordan! I have made so much progress. It is rare to find a therapist who understands the disorder and can provide practical as well as emotional support.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I feel very grateful to have found a therapist who just ‘gets it’."
